Once your order has been delivered, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure there is no damage, wear, or defects.

Approved returns for refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit will be issued minus the cost of the return shipping label, if applicable.

All approved returns may qualify for store credit, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation and product eligibility.

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To help speed up the process, please include clear photos and videos of the issue when submitting your request.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for any items that have been:

  • Used

  • Installed

  • Painted

  • Modified

  • Damaged

Additionally, custom or made-to-order products are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:

Steering wheels, grilles, diffusers, front lips, side skirts, exhaust parts, DRL modules, headlights, tail lights, spoilers, mirror caps, front hoods, rear trunks, engine covers, mid-pipes, downpipes, floor mats, key fobs, seat back covers, interior trim sets, splitters, brace bars, canards, and similar custom items.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it.

If the order has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Canceled in-stock orders that have not shipped may be eligible for exchange, store credit, or partial refund.

Custom-made products cannot be canceled after 1 hour and are not eligible for refunds or store credit beyond that point.


Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review and resolve the issue.

Vanta Carbon is not responsible for installation fees, third-party labor charges, vehicle damage, or personal injury resulting from installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended.


Exchanges

For the fastest exchange, we recommend requesting a return for the original item and placing a new order separately once the return is approved. This avoids delays while waiting for the returned item to arrive.

If you received an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos so we can assist.

Exchanges due to incorrect fitment selected by the customer will not be accepted. Custom products are not eligible for exchanges.


Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are only available within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds for new, unused items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom-made products may only be canceled within the first hour. If canceled within that window, customers may choose either a 75% refund or full store credit. After one hour, custom orders are final sale.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Vanta Carbon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive the package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Please retrieve your package promptly. Vanta Carbon cannot refund or replace items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
